Why isn't my roller starting?
If your roller isn't starting, there are a few things to check first. Ensure all emergency stops (E-Stops) are disengaged and that the park brake is off, as the machine won't start if it's engaged. Check that the battery terminals are secure and that the battery has charge, and make sure there’s enough fuel in the tank. Additionally, verify that all safety features are in the correct position. If you’ve tried these and it’s still not starting, get in touch with our team.
Why isn't my 2.5T Cat Roller vibing?
If your 2.5T Cat roller isn’t vibrating, it could be because the revs are too high. Try lowering the engine speed to see if the vibration kicks in. This model often requires the revs to be within a certain range for the vibration function to activate properly.
How do I get the rollers water sprayers to work?
To get the roller’s water sprayers working, first ensure the water tank is filled. Then, locate the water sprayer switch on the control panel, usually marked with a water symbol. Turn it on, and check if the sprayers are working properly. If not, inspect the nozzles for blockages and clean them if needed. For further assistance, consult the roller’s manual or reach out to our team at Pronto Hire!
