It does not matter what the machine has just come off. Mud from a winter drainage job, dust from a dry summer site, whatever it picked up on its last hire gets dealt with before it goes back out.
WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE A MACHINE LEAVES OUR YARD
Every machine that comes back off-hire goes through the same process. Our yard team cleans it inside and out, and that includes the cab. Seats and floors get detailed too, not just the exterior, so the operator is not climbing into someone else's mess.
Once it is clean, it gets checked over by our mechanics and operations team and repaired if anything is flagged. That is how every machine moves through the tag: off-hire, fuel, check, repair, ready for hire. Cleaning is not an afterthought bolted on, it is built into that process every time.
IT WORKS BOTH WAYS
When your hire ends, you have got options. You can clean the machine yourself before it comes back, or you can leave it to us for a fee and let our team handle it. Either way, we photograph the interior and exterior at the start and end of every hire, so there is no argument about what condition it left or came back in.
