Position: Accounts / Administrative Assistant

Employment: Full or part-time (longer hours required during peak summer season)

Location: Hibiscus Coast / North Shore (preferable)

Mandatory: Average computer skills

 

Do you have a basic understanding/knowledge in accounts and administration? Are you a looking for a job with variation? Would you enjoy working in a relaxed team within the construction industry?

We are looking for a superstar to join our close knit team in the accounts and administration area, with the ability to take charge of your role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconciliations and simple financial reports
  • Maintenance of MYOB and hire system
  • Data entry
  • General office administration and reception as required
  • Liaising with site contractors / hire staff

 

Person Specifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounts/administration preferable
  • Strong IT skills – MYOB preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • High level of customer service and professionalism
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to role responsibilities
  • Ability to work well in the trades/construction industry
  • A desire to grow in your role and show initiative with new areas of responsibilities
