Position: Accounts / Administrative Assistant
Employment: Full or part-time (longer hours required during peak summer season)
Location: Hibiscus Coast / North Shore (preferable)
Mandatory: Average computer skills

We are looking for a superstar to join our close knit team in the accounts and administration area, with the ability to take charge of your role.
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Reconciliations and simple financial reports
- Maintenance of MYOB and hire system
- Data entry
- General office administration and reception as required
- Liaising with site contractors / hire staff
- Previous experience in an accounts/administration preferable
- Strong IT skills – MYOB preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
- High level of customer service and professionalism
- Good command of spoken and written English
- A strong work ethic and commitment to role responsibilities
- Ability to work well in the trades/construction industry
- A desire to grow in your role and show initiative with new areas of responsibilities
